The requirements for re-applying to all Oberkotter Family Foundation Scholarships are provided below.
Please note, all reapplications are DUE February 1 regardless of when it was awarded. Please ensure any Graduate reapplications are properly labeled.
At the top of reapplications All applicants MUST provide the following:
an accurate mailing address,
regularly checked email, and
a phone contact with a working voicemail.
On a separate page of the reapplication, applicants MUST provide:
Your full name;
Student identification number;
The name of the school you attend;
The bursar’s physical mailing address;
Bursar’s telephone number;
Bursar’s Email
If you intend to transfer or take a gap year, are awaiting graduate program acceptance, or in any other way planning to postpone your education you MUST provide a statement indicating the specifics— both in your re-application and the separate page of bursar information.
